          • Philippe’s in Denver’s Cherry Creek, Kitchen Manager (menu planning, order perishables, lunch chef)
          • Randal's Kitchen Manager, steak, lobster, prime rib - Steak and Ale style restaurant (purchasing of perishables, kitchen and dining room supplies, hiring, scheduling, supervising staff)
          • Stefano's Asst Manager of one store in family owned chain of pizza/sandwich shops in Houston (responsibilities over money and staff)
